Javelina Harmony Music School

This logo was designed for Kathy Visser of Javelina Harmony Music School. We had discussed different names for the school that resides in Arizona. Here, we have many wild javelina that are very cute, and yet stinky and dangerous. 🙂 We liked the rhyme of the ‘h’ in ‘javelina’ and ‘harmony’ and we thought of her darling students which may potentially be rambunctious and noise making at first – but will become a harmonious orchestra under her guidance and care. My goal was a FUN and colorful feeling with javelina that were cute, not harsh and ‘swine-like.’ Behind the creatures is the golden sun rising (or setting) behind our purple hued mountains here in the valley. Javelina love to be adventurous between sunset and sunrise and hide out during the heat of the day.
