If you find yourself near Johannesburg and are looking for the ultimate in luxury, resort, game farm safari experience…. you must make reservations at Lejwe La Metsi Private Reserve. Here you can enjoy luxurious accommodations, original cuisine, swim by waterfalls…. and view rare exotic species in raw African wilderness. They even employ vets who specialize in breeding rare animals such as the black impala, golden wildebeest, sable antelope, and East African Buffalo. For the ultimate accommodation simply rent their Utopia Villa up on the mountaintop – just stunning. I’ve had the honor to work with photographer Greg Isaacson on a few occasions designing gorgeous books for the owners of this exclusive retreat. Chad did a polish up some of the photos throughout as well.
If you own a luxury property or resort and would like to show it off to your guests and prospective investors, this is the most impressive way to do so – a hand made luxury album.
Not only did we design very large, luxurious Finao ONE albums for them, but they came in custom designed boxes as well featuring their logo and eye catching photo setting the scene.
For the cover, we did some albums with the ICE acrylic front panel with Dulce de Leche leather spine and back. The other set we chose a Bohemian leather with a cameo – logo displayed. Photos below. * I quickly masked the albums out… Greg snapped these quickly just to show me and weren’t necessarily set up for presentation with the perfect backdrop. I was simply thrilled to catch a glimpse of them before they were delivered. You can see the reflection on the ICE panel, such an impressive material.

Here is one of the albums which featured their new property which we called the “Mountain Top House” which is, I must assume, their “Utopia Villa.” This album was to feature not only the Villa’s accommodations and amenities, but also the best that the entire reserve had to offer to guests staying there.

This second book featured the main reserve resort and some different animals that could be enjoyed on safari in between their gourmet cuisine and dips in the pool. The flow of this book was a view of how you enter the reserve, where you stay and play, heading out on your 4WD adventure, the tranquility of evening… and eventually leaving with abundant memories.
