Virgin getting into healthcare – ‘life care’

When I first saw this I wondered if the guy who owns the record company, the airline, and the ultra exclusive private island in the BVI’s was going to take over the world by offering health insurance too. Their website has recently been expanded on and there is more information about what Virgin is trying to do. They’re teaming up with Humana – and offering rewards for positive health that you can redeem for stuff like cash, discounts on gym memberships, health care products like pedometers and stuff like that. Health insurance to self-employed people is so expensive … and confusing. If you can get something good out of your efforts to help reduce any monthly costs might be interesting.
